Jäckie Rydz

(1998, Germany) is a polish-german performance artist. In their artistic research they currently focus on social phenomenons from a queer perspective by its interlocking of capitalism, christian religion and pop culture.  Their interdisciplinary artistic approach combines immersive stage designs along with poetic texts and post-dramatic performance. Jäckie has presented productions in Berlin, Warsaw, Frankfurt, Luxemburg and Giessen. After their Bachelor in Stage Design at University of the Arts Berlin they now study in the Master programme of Applied Theatre Studies in Giessen. They work as a PR coordinator and producer with the SoundsQueer? collective since 2023.

Zosia Holubowska

(1988, PL) is a non-binary sound artist, musician and queer music activist. As a PhD fellow at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna, they work on queer as a methodology in sonic artistic research. Through their sound performances and installations, they explore connections between ethnomusicological archives, electronic sound synthesis and magic. They have performed in Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao (2016) and Mumok (2016) and exhibited in Research Pavilion in Venice (2017). They are the founder of Sounds Queer? Queer synthesizer laboratory and have been organising and facilitating music workshops since 2015. In the project proposal, they will work as the project curator.

Violeta Gil Martínez

(1988, Spain) is a cultural manager, musician and tech woman. For five years she has been working with creative technologies and their transfer, by teaching and organising workshops on e-textiles, music and DIY electronics, currently at the Sounds Queer? Vienna. As an autodidactic music producer, curiosity is her driving force, along with the promotion of knowledge and hands-on approaches being the best ways to learn.

Adele Knall

- A | M | K (1990, Austria) is a visual artist, radio producer, musician and cultural and social anthropologist, who lives and works in Vienna. Studied Jazz at the Vienna Conservatory and Art and Digital Media at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna. She focuses on sound, installation, animation, video, 35mm film, language, performance, hacking, sculpture, and DIY. In 2017 „50Hz“, a radio project she co-founded, won the Austrian Radio Prize for Adult Education.
